At DigiStream, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations may be processed.
Advance Payment Policy
Many products available on our website require an advance payment of ₹100 at the time of placing an order.
This advance payment helps us verify customer requirements, confirm product suitability, process orders efficiently, and provide personalized customer support before dispatch.
Product Consultation and Verification
For selected products, customers may be contacted by our Product Experts after placing an order.
The purpose of this consultation is to understand the customer’s requirements, usage purpose, health or wellness goals, and product suitability before dispatch.
If, after discussion, our team determines that the selected product is not suitable for the customer’s requirements, the order will not be processed and the ₹100 advance payment will be refunded in full.
Customers will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment when the product is considered unsuitable by our team before dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed based on the order status at the time of the request.
Refusal of Delivery
All orders are dispatched only after order confirmation from the customer.
Before shipping, our team may contact the customer through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm the order details, delivery information, and willingness to receive the shipment.
If the customer confirms the order and the product is shipped, but later refuses to accept delivery, fails to receive the shipment, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable for delivery, or allows the order to be returned to us, the ₹100 advance payment will not be refunded.
In such cases, the advance payment will be adjusted against order processing, packaging, handling, courier, return shipping, and related logistics expenses incurred by DigiStream.
Since the shipment was processed and dispatched based on customer confirmation, the advance payment shall be treated as a non-refundable processing and shipping charge.
Out of Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order is placed, customers will be informed promptly.
In such cases, customers may choose to wait for stock availability or request a full refund of the advance payment.
Returns and Replacements
Due to safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, health, wellness, food, personal care, sanitary, and consumable products are generally not eligible for return once delivered.
However, replacement requests may be considered in the following situations:

Manufacturing defect
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.
Most approved refunds are completed within 5 to 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
